The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a catastrophe in the healthcare sector and customer shifting trend how patients choosing service as their medication platform. Furthermore, social media internet users are both rapidly rising individuals nowadays also prone to being more aware of health concerns. Healthcare services that incapable compete within industry, survive business adapt changing consumer behavior will likely face major issues. This study analyzed problem Assyifa Specialist Clinic who faced decreased patient visits revenue surviving private clinic midst outbreak. author used Segmenting, Targeting Positioning (STP), Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) value proposition canvas analysis through quantitative research method propose marketing strategy increase visit Clinic. found there is still lack promotion access information low. Meanwhile, current customers mostly critical, curious, high self-awareness, smart oversharing behaviors with conscious, users, technology savvy, financially literate, well-educated hygiene conscious lifestyle middle income level. To overcome, gap between customers, intends new solution issue.
